GENERAL EARLY VOTING INFORMATION
Early Voting allows you the opportunity to cast your vote when and where it is convenient for you. The Early Voting locations we select in Duval County are chosen with you, the voter, in mind, while remaining in compliance with Florida law.
As long as you're an eligible registered voter in Duval County, you can vote in any Early Voting site we have open.
Secure ballot intake stations (drop boxes) are available inside each of the early voting locations listed below.
DON'T WANT TO MAIL YOUR VOTE-BY-MAIL BALLOT?
You can also drop your ballot off in person at our office during office hours or Early Voting sites during Early Voting hours. Your ballot must be received by the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 p.m. on Election Day for it to be counted. On Election Day, our office is open until 7 p.m.
EXPRESS VOTE BALLOT MARKING DEVICE
During Early Voting, all voters will mark their ballots using the ExpressVote ballot-marking device by ES&S. The paper-based ExpressVote Universal Voting System uses touch-screen technology that produces a paper record for tabulation. As a marker, the ExpressVote handles the entire marking process, eliminating unclear marks and the need for interpretation of the voter’s mark. This prevents over voting. Preprinted traditional ballots that are marked by using an ink pen will not be available. To learn more about how to mark your ballot using the ExpressVote, please watch this brief video.
