JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections, Mike Hogan, wants all eligible voters to know that our office will be mailing 35,533 Stateside Civilian Vote-By-Mail ballots out to Vote-By-Mail voters this Thursday, February 9, 2023.
