Duval County Supervisor of Elections, Jerry Holland announced that 492,935 sample ballots have been mailed out to all households in Duval County for the August 26 Primary Election.
Sample ballots are provided to inform voters of the candidates and amendments on the August 26 Primary Election Ballot.
Sample ballots notify voters of:
 their polling location and precinct number
 explains their rights and responsibilities
 and list the nine acceptable forms of identification to take to the polls.
Included in the sample ballots are profile pages showing statements from each local candidate and statements on the local referendum appearing on the ballot for voters to review prior to voting. Sample ballots also inform voters of the three ways they may vote: by mail, early voting or on Election Day.
By law voters may now have their sample ballots emailed to them by completing a Voter Register Application and providing their email address to the Supervisor of Elections office. Voters who complete an application will be sent a link to Duvalelections.com and instructions on how to view their sample ballot.
Please visit the Supervisor of Elections website www.Duvalelections.com or contact the office at (904) 630-1414 for more information about the upcoming August 26 Primary Election.
