The
Florida Commission on Ethics prepares a list of persons holding governmental positions who are required to file a financial disclosure for the previous year. The Ethics Commission obtains the name and address of each individual from coordinators designated by each state and local government agency. Filing
As of January 1, 2024, local filers no longer file with their Supervisor of Elections. All Form 1 and Form 6 disclosures are now filed electronically with the Commission on Ethics via the Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System.
