The Duval County Supervisor of Elections office has begun accepting and holding qualifying papers for County Court Judicial Offices.

JACKSONVILLE – Our office began accepting and holding qualifying papers for County Court Judicial Offices on April 8, 2024, in accordance with Florida Statute 99.061(8).

Federal, Congressional, State Attorney and Public Defender candidates will qualify with the Department of State, Division of Elections. Qualifying begins for Federal, Judicial, State Attorney and Public Defender at Noon on April 22, 2024, and ends at Noon on April 26, 2024.

The Noon, April 26 deadline includes those running for U.S. Senator, Representative in Congress, State Attorney in Judicial Circuits 1 through 19, Judicial Offices of the Florida Supreme Court, the District Court of Appeals, Circuit Court and County Court Judges.
