Deadline to Register for PPP Election

JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland wants to remind all eligible voters that TODAY is the final day to register or to change parties to vote in the March 19, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary (PPP).

Florida is a closed Primary state which means that in this PPP election, the Republican party is the only party that has candidates in which to cast ballots. That’s because no one within the Democrat party challenged the incumbent, currently in office.

Eligible voters can register at the Supervisor of Elections Office at 105 E. Monroe Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, at any Jacksonville Public Library or online at www.duvalelections.gov. While on the website, you can check to ensure your registered, see a complete list of Early Voting sites and the location of your precinct which may have changed due to boundary changes stemming from a lawsuit settlement.

If you have questions about the book closing for the PPP election, please call the Duval County Elections Office at 904-255-VOTE (8683).
